Today, Steve is the Managing Director – Investments Officer of Ossewaarde, Anderson, Sanborn & Peterson Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors, which means he leads the strategic planning and oversees the practice’s discretionary portfolios. He also distinguished himself at Merrill Lynch and Prudential Securities, where he was part of the Director’s Council from 1997 to 2003, and when he obtained his Certified Financial Planner TM (CFP®) certification.
A Michigan native, Steve received his BBA from Western Michigan University. He’s served as a board member for Community Advocates for Persons with Developmental Disabilities, president of the Kalamazoo Country Club, chairman at Arcadia Institute, president of the Kalamazoo Chapter of American Business Clubs, and on the Kalamazoo chapter of the American Red Cross.
The father of two and grandfather of three lives in Mattawan with his wife Susan. When he’s not helping people manage their wealth, he’s likely fishing or golfing.

Like all colleagues at Ossewaarde, Anderson, Sanborn & Peterson Wealth Management Group, Adam is a Michigan native. In fact, except for his time at the University of Michigan – where he received a bachelor's degree in psychology – he’s lived his whole life in the Portage area.
Adam enjoys spending time with his family and is very active with his children’s sports teams. Adam is an avid/competitive golfer and played on the golf team at the University of Michigan, where he received a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology. He was also inducted into the Portage Central High School Athletic Hall of Fame for golf and hockey -- making him Ossewaarde Anderson Sanborn & Peterson Wealth Management Group of Wells Fargo Advisors’ very own version of Happy Gilmore. Adam is actively involved in the Greater Kalamazoo Golf Association and the Kalamazoo Optimist Hockey Association for Youth Hockey.

And as a graduate of the inaugural class of the Personal Financial Planning Program at Western Michigan University (WMU) acknowledged by the College for Financial Planning, he acquired an expansive idea of how to help his clients pursue their financial goals. Those two experiences symbolize the range of his understanding of investment planning.
Jon continues to be involved in the Personal Financial Planning Program at WMU. While away from work he is a volunteer with the National Ski Patrol, enjoys spending time with his family and watching his daughters play soccer, ride horses, and ski.
